Your agility, service mentality, and technical and communication skills will be essential in helping our customers increase the velocity and quality of their delivered products. You will support program management teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address customer needs, resolve issues, and facilitate solutions. Work closely with them to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience. </span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Project Coordination/Support: </strong>Support Customer Program Management teams in task execution, workflow management,  and system update/maintenance. </span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Case management:</strong> Concurrently manage a variety of manufacturing orders with multiple customers and the internal operations teams. </span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Communication:</strong> facilitate technical communication between the customers (mostly mechanical engineers) and internal stakeholders. </span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Collaboration</strong>: Collaborate and support various cross-functional teams to satisfy internal and external customer requirements. </span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>: Identify improvement areas and collaborate with the cross-functional team to prioritize and define solutions to increase our efficiency.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Desired Traits</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering</strong> and one (1) - three (3) years of relevant experience preferably in the manufacturing industry.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>The work is fast-paced</strong> - you will be working in an operations environment with tight deadlines and high standards.
