Business Results & Brand Excellence:
• Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver an elevated omnichannel customer experience aligned with Boggi Milano’s service and brand standards
• Partner with the Store Manager to analyze sales performance, KPIs, and customer insights, translating data into actionable plans that drive results
• Drive CRM and clienteling execution to build long-term customer relationships and increase retention
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer feedback and service issues, strengthening loyalty and brand trust
• Support daily scheduling, floor coverage, and task delegation to maximize productivity and service excellence
• Continuously observe selling behaviors and service execution, providing real-time coaching and performance feedback
• Oversee inventory levels in alignment with sales trends, collaborating with Merchandising, the Store Manager, and District leadership
People Development & Team Leadership:
• Serve as a hands-on, floor-focused leader, actively coaching and developing the sales team through observation, feedback, and side-by-side selling
• Translate store and company goals into clear individual performance expectations and development plans in partnership with the Store Manager
• Coach and develop selling, styling, and clienteling skills to elevate individual and team performance
• Identify high-potential team members and support internal growth and succession planning
• Lead and participate in team meetings to communicate results, align priorities, recognize performance, and reinforce accountability
• Support the onboarding and training of new hires, ensuring a strong start and clear understanding of expectations
• Partner with the Store Manager and Training teams to deliver targeted learning and development initiatives
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture aligned with Boggi Milano’s values
Operations:
• Support hiring efforts and workforce planning to ensure appropriate staffing levels and strong talent pipelines
• Partner with the Store Manager and HR to address employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
• Ensure the store environment meets brand standards for presentation, cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance
• Oversee inventory management, including stockroom organization, replenishment, cycle counts, and physical inventories
• Ensure accurate execution of omnichannel processes such as BOPIS, ship-from-store, and returns
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, implementing corrective actions or additional training as needed
• Protect company assets through proper loss prevention practices and monitoring of security systems
• Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, wage and hour regulations, and health and safety standards
• Oversee administrative tasks, timekeeping, and cash handling to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and corporate partners on store performance and operational needs
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in men’s wear, premium menswear retail.
• Proven experience working with sales metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyze results and drive team performance
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and motivating teams to meet goals
• Skilled in coaching, training, and developing team members to improve selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service
• Ability to set and maintain high standards of service, ensuring each customer receives an exceptional experience that reflects the brand
• Comfortable working in diverse and fast-paced retail environments
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, seasonal styles, and the competitive landscape in the retail industry
• Ability to embody and promote the brand’s identity, style, and ethos, serving as a role model for the team
• Proficient with POS systems, inventory management software, and digital tools for omnichannel retail, including click-and-collect
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data, understand customer behavior, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey goals, policies, and procedures effectively
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons; must be available to work weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) depending on business needs. As well as work Holidays, blackout periods (Nov - Jan).
Who You Are:
• Must have a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in a leadership role, such as a Supervisor, within a men’s' retail.
• Must have proven knowledge working with Metrics and KPI's
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing); additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs, with an ability to motivate the team to meet these goals.
• Ability to train, guide, and support team members to improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Ability to set standards for high-quality service, ensuring each customer receives a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand's values.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
• Solid understanding of current fashion trends, seasonal styles, and the competitive landscape within the fashion industry.
• Ability to embody and promote the brand's identity, style, and ethos, serving as a role model for staff.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and any digital tools used in omnichannel retail, like click-and-collect.
