Responsibilities:

Manage day to day operations in restaurant

Responsible in maintaining staff service standards and must have good attitude

Ensure all rules and regulations are in line with SFA

Plan and manage operation schedules and manpower needs

Assist to execute food and beverage strategy

Daily roll-call with the team and drive operation effectiveness

Knowledgable in service techniques and actively seeking feedbacks and improvement

Ensure cleanliness on the outlets and conduct checking on equipments to maintain the quality

Any other duties assigned by the management

Previous experience in a five-star environment is desirable, and above all else, pride yourself on ability to build relationships and guest experiences epitomising French elegance, style and sophistication.
