Assistant Jat Supervisor - VIP Farm

About this role

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Assistant JAT Supervisor to support and oversee daily agricultural operations of our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
🌱 Assist in planning and executing daily agricultural activities, including:

• Planting

• Pruning

• Grafting

• Irrigation

• Harvesting
🌱 Support the supervisor in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
🌱 Monitor crop maintenance and assist in maintaining healthy and productive crops.
🌱 Ensure agricultural activities are carried out in accordance with established safety, quality, and operational procedures.
🌱 Assist in coordinating farm workers and daily tasks as required.
Requirements
Requirements:
✔️ Previous experience in agriculture, farming, horticulture, or crop production
✔️ Knowledge of planting, pruning, grafting, irrigation, and harvesting techniques
✔️ Ability to supervise and coordinate daily agricultural activities
✔️ Strong understanding of safety and quality procedures
✔️ Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor farm environment
