OUR WORK MODEL:

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our London office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

THE ROLE:

As Assistant Controller at Cognism, you will play a hands-on role in overseeing core financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, effective cash management, and compliant equity administration. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will act as a key partner in maintaining strong financial controls while helping scale processes to support the company’s continued growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages for external and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure the accuracy of consolidated financial results, including preparation and review of flux analyses for material variances.

• Support the CFO with treasury operations, ensuring compliance with internal investment and liquidity policies.

• Prepare and maintain a rolling 90-day cash flow forecast, providing visibility into short-term liquidity and funding needs.

• Manage equity compensation plans in Carta, including ongoing administration, reconciliations, and compliance with annual ERS and other regulatory filings.
