You bring<strong> 10+ Years</strong> of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. </p> <p>You will thrive in this role if you are: </p> <ul> <li>A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo </li> <li>A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing </li> <li>Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data </li> <li>Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) </li> </ul> <p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>As an AI Tech Lead, you will help design, build, and optimize AI-first systems and solutions that advance our digital capabilities and create real value for our clients.</li> <li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary AI team.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and AI use cases.</li> <li>Translate abstract business problems into concrete, innovative AI solutions.</li> <li>Drive code quality, robust architecture, and documentation within technical teams.</li> <li>Facilitate knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and upskilling within the AI team.</li> <li>You will collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Work on Valtech’s various AI Accelerators </li> </ul> <p><strong>Must have qualifications</strong></p> <p>To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: </p> <ul> <li>3+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering and 10+ years of overall work experience.</li> <li>Proficiency with programming languages such as Python.</li> <li>Knowledge of software engineering best practices including source control, CI/CD, and automated testing.</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud technologies and managed AI services such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI Platform.</li> <li>Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI development.</li> <li>Understanding of AI Concepts like LLMs, RAG, AgenticAI, MCPs. Stay updated with the latest AI research and technologies.</li> <li>Prior involvement in MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and automation of AI workflows.</li> <li>Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills, with a willingness to share ideas and collaborate.</li> <li>Zeal to learn & Excel.</li> </ul> <p><strong>If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
