Job Title: Armed Security Guard - Driving

Pay Rate: $19.50 - $20.50

Location: Coachella, California

Available Job Shifts:

• Saturday - Sunday: Day Shift (06:00 - 14:00) & Monday - Thursday: Swing Shift (17:00 - 23:00)

• Friday: Swing Shift (17:00 - 23:00) & Saturday - Sunday: Swing Shift (14:00 - 22:00) & Monday - Tuesday: Grave Shift (23:00 - 06:00)

• Wednesday - Sunday: Grave Shift (23:00 - 06:00)

FLSA Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Job Overview

Absolute International Security is seeking highly professional security guards responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, visitors, and property. This role requires a customer-service focused demeanor, a neat and tidy appearance, along with the ability to perform regular patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and provide a visible security presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations, unsafe behavior, or criminal activity

• Perform thorough routine armed driving patrols (2+ hours, ~130 miles per patrol) of the assigned area including of multiple, disperse locations

• Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles

• Control access points and maintain visitor/vendor logs

• Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or policy violations

• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation

• Communicate effectively over radio, phone, or in person with supervisors, dispatchers, and clients

• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and disturbances

• Assist in evacuations and emergency procedures as required

• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed

• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times
