Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).</span></p> </blockquote> <hr></div><h2><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Echodyne is seeking an Architect, Manufacturing Test to join our fast-growing team. </span></h2> <h3><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 92, 185);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">ROLE OVERVIEW</span></strong></h3> <p>As an Architect of the manufacturing test processes, you will lead the definition of the end-to-end manufacturing test strategy and test infrastructure that will ensure product quality through a comprehensive and scalable test architecture.</p> <h3 style="line-height: normal;"><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Design the manufacturing test strategy for radars focusing on product quality, data integrity and business scalability</li> <li>Define HW and SW technical requirements to develop repeatable test processes</li> <li>Develop test processes and methods for new radar technologies</li> <li>Provide design for testability recommendations</li> <li>Define the SW architecture focused on automation ensuring data integrity</li> <li>Conduct test data analysis to monitor the performance of test processes and provide guidance to correct deviations and support root cause analyses of product failures</li> <li>Develop manufacturing test roadmaps aligned to Echodyne’s product portfolio and business goals based on state-of-the-art test technologies</li> <li>Write technical documentation to meet the Quality requirements and create a solid knowledge base</li> <li>Collaborate with Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Product Development Engr and other teams as needed to support testing, debugging and repair activities</li> </ul> <h3><strong><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE</span></strong></h3> <ul> <li>Proven experience designing and developing manufacturing test HW and SW solutions for different product integration levels</li> <li>Experience designing manufacturing test strategies end to end from component and board level tests to system level functional testing</li> <li>Strong technical knowledge of test techniques and methods used in testing RF signals</li> <li>Previous experience defining testability requirements on electronic products</li> <li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li> <li>Must be able to work onsite at Echodyne premises</li> </ul> <h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 92, 185);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><strong>DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE <br>(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills)</strong> </span></h3> <ul> <li>In-depth knowledge of RF circuits and Radars</li> <li>Previous experience leading technical teams</li> <li>General project management skills</li> <li>Lynux/Unix experience</li> <li>Previous experience with manufacturing processes of radars</li> </ul> <h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 92, 185);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">PhD, M.S., B.S, C.S, or equivalent Engineering degree in a technical field</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">10 or more years of experience in electronics manufacturing and test environments</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proven technical leadership driving manufacturing test projects from design to deployment</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <blockquote> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Echodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations.  Therefore, we will ask you as part of the application process to identify whether you are a U.S. Citizen or green card holder, or have asylum/refugee status in the U.S. </span></strong></p> </blockquote> <hr> <h3><strong><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">WHAT WE…
