Your Responsibilities

• Provide benefit enrollment materials and help clients understand eligibility requirements.

• Schedule and coordinate virtual client meetings.

• Answer incoming calls, return messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team.

• Respond to coverage questions with clear explanations and attentive service.

• Use our Needs Analysis system to identify client needs and explain personalized coverage options.

• Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process.

• Collaborate with management and participate in training to stay informed about products, services, and company policies.
