This role focuses on the development and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), production data systems, workflow automation, system integrations, and reporting solutions that support digital manufacturing initiatives. Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Information Technology teams, this individual will develop scalable software applications and integrated business solutions that improve operational visibility, process consistency, traceability, and manufacturing efficiency.</span></p> <h3 style="line-height: normal;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></h3> <h4><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Manufacturing Application Development</span></h4> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Design, develop, deploy, and maintain manufacturing and operational applications that support factory execution, quality management, material traceability, and production workflows.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Develop and support MES applications and related manufacturing systems using Tulip or similar low-code/no-code manufacturing platforms.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Create intuitive operator and technician interfaces that improve usability, reduce process variability, and streamline manufacturing operations.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions and automated workflows.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Support integration between manufacturing systems and enterprise platforms such as ERP, PLM, quality systems, and databases.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that provide real-time operational visibility and production insights.</span></li> </ul> <h4><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Systems Integration & Automation</span></h4> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Design and implement automated data collection, validation, and reporting solutions to support production and quality objectives.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Develop scripts, APIs, and system integrations to improve manufacturing data flow and reduce manual processes.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Support digital transformation initiatives through workflow automation and manufacturing system enhancements.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related…
