Job Title: Oracle Fusion Sales Application Architect (Mandarin fluency is required)

Classification: Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

Reports to: President

Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or on-site in Taiwan. This resource must be willing and able to travel as required by the customer project.

Job Summary:

The Oracle Fusion Sales Application Architect is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Sales solutions for global enterprise clients. This role works closely with business and technical stakeholders in Taiwan to architect scalable, high-quality Oracle Fusion Sales solutions that align with business objectives.

Essential Functions:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Sales solutions for enterprise clients.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Design Oracle Fusion Sales application architectures that align with business processes and enterprise standards.

• Configure, customize, and extend Oracle Fusion Sales functionality to meet client requirements.

• Lead technical design sessions and provide architecture guidance throughout project delivery.

• Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, integration designs, and implementation documentation.

• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion Sales and enterprise applications, including Oracle ERP, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Service, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other third-party systems.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, functional consultants, and client stakeholders.

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for Oracle Fusion Sales best practices, architecture, and solution design.

• Support stakeholders in Taiwan by providing technical leadership and participating in client workshops, design sessions, solution reviews, and user acceptance activities.

• Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues throughout implementation and post-go-live support.

• Ensure solutions follow established architecture standards, security requirements, and Oracle best practices.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain and pursue continuing education opportunities, such as training and certification exams.

• Participate on internal projects.

• Provide expertise and help to others, as needed, on projects.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• May assist with training members of the technical staff.

• May conduct interviews.

• Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff.

• May conduct project performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Work Environment:

The work environment is remote or on-site at a client location. While remote, employees are expected to provide an office space for themselves with a professional background (including virtual backgrounds) and noise level.
