App Specialist with French - Hybrid

About this role

French app-based company that focuses on improving the employee experience. All-in-one solution app for companies, through which employees can manage a card that allows them to use all employee benefits, including meal vouchers, mobility vouchers, gift vouchers and also their own money.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with any question they might have concerning the App features and use.

• Provide support for customer questions related to the use of the application, primarily through inbound calls.

• Answer questions on account creation and balance management.

Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Language Maestro: Fluent in French, strong English skills

• Have experience in a Contact Centre

• Have a strong customer service-oriented skill.

• Can work as a team member, as well as independently.
