**NTT DATA is looking for an API / SOA Team Lead** **Location:** Belgium (Fully Remote Possible) **Contract Type:** Freelance or Permanent **Languages**

**About the Role** As API / SOA Team Lead, you will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering API and integration projects while ensuring quality, governance and successful project execution. **Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and mentor development and analysis teams * Manage planning, resources and priorities * Coordinate project delivery activities * Facilitate Agile ceremonies * Ensure compliance with architecture standards * Manage risks, dependencies and issues * Communicate with business and technical stakeholders * Monitor project delivery and reporting * Support solution design and technical governance

**Required Experience & Qualifications**

* Higher education degree or equivalent experience * Experience leading software delivery teams * Strong understanding of API and SOA environments * Agile delivery experience * Resource and budget management experience * Excellent stakeholder management skills * Strong communication and coaching abilities * Knowledge of testing methodologies and DevOps practices * Experience with project reporting and governance * Understanding of REST, SOAP and integration concepts
