Description

* Manage and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
* Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and support financial reporting under BE GAAP and IFRS.
* Perform complex account reconciliations, including intercompany and fixed assets accounts.
* Analyze and optimize financial processes by implementing automation and efficiency improvements.
* Partner with operational teams (stores, e-commerce, logistics) to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
* Identify financial risks, strengthen internal controls, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
