Technical Business Analyst - Software Implementation and Development
The Technical Business Analyst - Software Implementation and Development is responsible for successfully implementing and customizing software solutions based on client needs. This role involves collaborating closely with clients, developers, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring smooth deployments. Key responsibilities include configuring and developing functionalities for software platforms like Odoo, Zoho, and Microsoft Dynamics. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, with a solid grasp of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and business process re-engineering.
Key Responsibilities

Client Business Process Analysis: Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for software integration and optimization.

Requirements Gathering: Lead stakeholder sessions to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications.

Solution Design & Development: Collaborate with technical teams to design and customize software solutions.

Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main contact between clients, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment.

Business Process Re-engineering: Recommend workflow improvements that align with the software's capabilities.

Data Migration & Integration: Lead data migration and system integration efforts, ensuring seamless transitions.

•
Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test cases, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure alignment with client goals.

Training & Support: Create training materials and conduct sessions to ensure user proficiency.

•
Project Monitoring: Help manage project scope, timelines, and risks, reporting progress regularly.

•
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to development teams based on client needs and experiences.

Réingénierie des processus: Recommander des améliorations des flux de travail alignées aux capacités logicielles.

Migration des données: Diriger les efforts de migration des systèmes existants vers les nouvelles plateformes.

Tests & Qualité: Développer et exécuter les tests fonctionnels, et participer aux UAT pour valider les solutions.

Formation et Support: Créer les supports de formation et former les utilisateurs finaux.

•
Suivi des projets: Gérer la portée, les délais et les risques des projets.

•
Amélioration continue: Soumettre des retours aux équipes de développement pour améliorer les logiciels.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

•
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

•
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Software Technical Consulatant, Developer or Technical Business Analyst, with a focus on software implementation. Experience with platforms like Odoo, Zoho, and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.

•
Technical Expertise: Proficient in configuring business software, business process mapping, and software customization.

•
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business problems and provide solutions.

•
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.

•
Tools & Software: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and APIs for system integration.

•
Additional Skills: Strong time management, ability to work in hybrid environments, and experience with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics.

• Experience with cloud-based systems and SaaS deployments.

• Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, SQL) for minor customizations.

Compétences et qualifications requises

•
Formation: Licence en commerce, en informatique, en sciences de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe.

•
Expérience: Minimum 3 ans en tant que consultant technique en logiciels, développeur ou Analyste d'affaires technique, avec un accent sur la mise en œuvre de logiciels. Une expérience avec des plateformes telles que Odoo, Zoho et Microsoft Dynamics est préférable.
