<h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Chime is looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join our IR team at a pivotal moment in the company's public market journey. This role sits at the intersection of finance, communications, and strategy — supporting the full spectrum of IR activities that help investors and analysts understand Chime's business, growth trajectory, and competitive position.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You'll work closely with the Head and Director of IR and gain exposure to senior leadership, the sell-side analyst community, and institutional investors. This is a high-visibility, high-learning role for someone early in their career who wants to build a foundation in investor relations, capital markets and corporate finance.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $90,000 and up to $125,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
