* **Act as the AML Compliance Officer** and oversee the organisation's AML/CFT framework
* **Supervise KYC, CDD, sanctions screening, PEP reviews and transaction monitoring activities**
* **Manage, coach and develop a team of 6 compliance professionals**
* Review and validate complex investigations and escalate sensitive cases when required
* Maintain and enhance AML/CFT policies, procedures and internal controls
* Coordinate regulatory reporting, audits and compliance reviews
* Collaborate closely with legal, risk and operational teams to ensure regulatory compliance
