Our master plan:

- Step 0 → $100M/yr by end of 2025: We went from $10M to $100M in 6 months serving the UK GLP-1 market.

- Step 1 → $1B ARR by end of 2026: Over the last 12 months we've grown from 3k to 150k UK active GLP-1 patients. We’ll continue this growth curve to hit $1B ARR.

- Step 2 → $10B ARR by end of 2028: Blitzscale Europe. We’ll be Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider.

- Step 3 → $100B/yr by end of 2031: Get regulatory approval across Europe for our Full Autonomous Prescribing (FAP) system. Win contracts at scale with European payers to mass replace human labor. We’ll be the dominant full-stack AI doctor in Europe.

- Step 4 → $1T/yr by end of 2035: With one line of code and zero human time, you can use AIOS to treat any patient globally with any medication.

In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company.

BEING AN AMBASSADORS LEAD AT AIOS

We are building a world-class social team.

As Ambassadors Lead at AIOS, your fundamental role is to turn creator content into views that scale. Those views then help drive new customer sign-ups.

You'll own our Bolt Pharmacy brand’s ambassador program end to end: recruiting quality creators to be brand ambassadors, coaching and briefing the ones who perform to improve further, and cutting the bottom ~20% to replace them with better fits. You’ll deliberately build a roster designed to go viral rather than just have a CRM full of names.

You'll brief all ambassadors on two flagship campaigns, the Oral Wegovy pill and the lower-BMI demographic, leveraging their reach to establish Bolt as the UK's number one destination for oral Wegovy. You’ll help us reach communities we currently under-index with.

You'll partner with our creative leads to keep every piece of content compliant while still giving creators room for diverse, human storytelling. You’ll send feedback the other way to the creative team on what’s working organically and what’s not.

Great performance in this role means the ambassador program is a compounding, viral engine: a high-quality roster pumping out organic content, campaigns that convert, and a measurable contribution to 10xing our 30d views (currently ~50m views/30d, across all socials). If you really nail the role, you’ll be a leading candidate for future senior Social roles.

This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you'll work async in the timezone of your choice, as long as you're around until midday Pacific Time for calls as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What are the key responsibilities of this role

- Grow the Program: Run the full ambassador loop: recruit quality creators, improve performance via briefs and coaching, constantly cut the bottom 20%.

- VIP Collabs: Host bi-weekly 1:1s with our Super Ambassadors (top 10 performers) on trend execution and content improvement.

- Oral Wegovy: Use ambassador reach to make Bolt the UK's #1 destination for oral Wegovy.

- Broaden reach: Recruit creators who authentically represent under-indexed communities, for example South Asian creators with strong community credibility, and overweight individuals who struggle but may not be “obese”. Shift storytelling from physical transformation towards relatable emotional journeys.

- Whitelisting: Partner with our Performance Team to whitelist ambassador UGC, ensuring compliant content for all whitelisting.

- Evaluation loop: Replace underperformers with quality creators. Feed performance data—views, engagement, and content strategy—back into how you brief, coach, and select.

- KPI ownership: Own the ambassador contribution to the Social’s Team 26Q3 Primary KPI: 30d views across Bolt Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

- Automation stack: Operate the program through our existing systems for creator sourcing, post tracking, whitelisting, and performance attribution. Good heuristic = automate everything compliantly.

- Think in systems: Treat the program as a repeatable process, not one-off outreach. When something works, systemise it so it scales. When something is manual and painful, flag it as a candidate for automation.

- Communicate needs clearly: Translate ambassador and campaign needs into clear, specific requirements the AI Growth team can build, including new tracking, automations, and better reporting, and provide tight feedback loops on what's working.

NEED TO HAVE

- Experience: 3+ years in social media with a real feel for TikTok and Instagram trends. You know what makes content go viral, and possess a deep understanding of UGC.

- Roster Management: 1+ year managing creators, ambassadors, affiliates, or influencers, including recruiting, coaching, and offboarding.

- Campaign Management: You can run campaigns end to end cleanly with no ball-drops: brief, execution, measurement, iteration.
