As an **Air Export Agent**, you play a key role in the smooth handling of international air freight shipments. You coordinate export operations from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution. With a strong focus on quality and compliance, you translate regulations and procedures into efficient daily practices. Y

As an **Import Logistics Clerk** you're responsible for the following tasks:

* Ensure **smooth and timely freight process flow** * Ensure **accurate and timely data entry** into our operating system * **Track and trace Air export files** as required * **Ensure timely delivery of freight** to customers for export shipments * **Ensure arrival notices are communicated** to overseas and customers * **Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing**. * Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards * Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated * Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures * Keying of air import shipment according to the KPI s and customer's requirements. * Release files according to KPI and customer requirements in compliance with all rules and regulations * Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
