We’re a tech-forward finance and accounting consulting firm with a genuine organizational commitment to AI-enabled service delivery. We have a foundation in place — an existing tech stack and a thoughtful approval process that keeps us moving with intention — but we are actively looking for someone who will evaluate what we have, bring new ideas to the table, and make a compelling case for where we go next.

This is a true hybrid role: 50% hands-on senior accounting leadership for a focused portfolio of clients, and 50% leading Attivo’s internal AI and workflow innovation work. Your own client book becomes the live laboratory for the workflows you design — what works for you scales to the rest of the firm.

This isn’t a role where you execute someone else’s vision. It’s a role where you help shape ours. You’ll have direct access to leadership, a seat in the conversation, and the platform to drive meaningful change — with the organizational support behind you to actually make it happen.
