AI Solution Architect

Our client is looking for an AI Solution Architect to turn AI ambition into real-world impact. This role is all about taking ideas and blueprints and shaping them into AI programs that can be delivered, operated, and scaled reliably in production.

What You'll Do

Translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end AI solutions that run in production

Design and implement systems using LLMs, multi-modal FMs, RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows, and MLOps best practices

Set up secure, private AI environments on cloud platforms like AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, or equivalent

Guide fine-tuning, distributed inference, FM evaluation, prompt/context engineering, and semantic search optimization

Advise and influence technical and business decision makers, both internally and with customers

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, cost-optimized, and operationally excellent

Basic Qualifications

7+ years designing, implementing, or consulting on distributed applications

5+ years customer-facing experience delivering production AI systems

Proven hands-on experience with: LLM/multi-modal FM integration, fine-tuning, distributed inference, RAG pipelines, vector DBs, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and MLOps

Practical experience building secure AI environments on AWS or equivalent, including embeddings, vector stores, and semantic search

Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to influence customers and internal leaders as a trusted technical voice

Preferred Qualifications

Cloud certifications, especially AWS

Track record leading complex projects with outcomes that are extensible, operationally excellent, and cost-optimized

Experience driving team or org-wide initiatives where business goals are still taking shape

Sharp judgment on when to simplify vs extend a solution for maximum impact

Master's or PhD in CS, math, statistics, ML, or related field

Deep experience fine-tuning LLMs/SLMs with LoRA/QLoRA, instruction tuning, RLHF for domain-specific tasks

Expertise architecting AI in regulated or high-security environments such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector
