About this role
We are seeking an experienced AI Programmer Analyst to design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions that solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Azure AI services, Python, and enterprise AI platforms. Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise AI solutions
Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify AI opportunities
Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, frameworks, and architectures
Develop prompts, AI workflows, agents, and retrieval strategies
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases
Monitor AI performance and recommend continuous improvements
Ensure compliance with security, governance, privacy, and Responsible AI policies
Document solution architecture, technical specifications, and implementation procedures
Design AI-driven monitoring pipelines for servers, databases, and applications
Build AI solutions for predictive analytics, automated incident remediation, and root cause analysis
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend best practices
Required Skills
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model evaluation, and Responsible AI practices
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and prompt engineering
Experience selecting and implementing AI models, frameworks, and enterprise AI solutions
Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, and AI development platforms
Strong Python programming experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks
SQL and data analysis experience
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business applications
Experience with cloud-based AI services and enterprise AI platforms
Git, DevOps, CI/CD, and version control experience
Experience designing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI applications
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience applying AI/ML to IT Operations (AIOps)
Predictive log analysis and anomaly detection
Automated incident remediation
Root cause analysis using AI
Experience building AI-driven monitoring pipelines
Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, privacy, and Responsible AI standards
