Compensation Snapshot Employment Type: Independent Contractor Location: Fully Remote Time Commitment: Full-Time Monthly Base Compensation USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on experience, WordPress capability, AI proficiency, conversion expertise, and overall alignment with the role. Performance Incentives Monthly KPI and performance incentives based on website quality, conversion improvements, project delivery, innovation, AI adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

About the Role As our AI-First Website Builder, you'll design, build, optimize, and maintain high-performing websites and landing pages across multiple products and brands. You'll combine WordPress expertise, conversion optimization, AI-assisted workflows, modern UX principles, SEO best practices, and attention to detail to produce premium digital experiences. This is an AI-first role. You'll be expected to continually explore new AI tools that improve development speed, design quality, SEO performance, content creation, testing, accessibility, and customer experience.
