We power personalization for more than 1,400 global brands, including American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora.</div></div><p>Bloomreach is seeking an <strong>AI Demo Operations Specialist</strong> who is AI-native by instinct: someone who sees repetitive operational work and immediately starts thinking about workflows, prompts, automations, self-service paths, and better systems.</p> <p>This is not a software engineering role. It is a hands-on operations role for someone who will start close to the work - provisioning environments, coordinating requests, validating setups, triaging issues - then use that understanding to automate, systematize, and scale demo delivery.</p> <p><strong>Your job will be to:</strong></p> <p><strong>Own demo readiness operations:</strong> Manage the operating backbone behind customer-facing demos, including request intake, environment setup, QA, launch readiness, issue triage, and field support.</p> <p><strong>Automate repetitive workflows:</strong> Map high-volume demo operations tasks and turn them into AI-assisted workflows, routing rules, setup checks, support paths, and self-service systems.</p> <p><strong>Build AI-assisted intake and support layers:</strong> Capture demo requests cleanly, enrich them with context, route them intelligently, and help the field solve common setup or usage issues without waiting on a person every time.</p> <p><strong>Turn tribal knowledge into reusable systems:</strong> Convert messy process knowledge into checklists, prompt patterns, playbooks, QA routines, and repeatable operating logic that others can trust.</p> <p><strong>Drive the demo operations roadmap:</strong> Track recurring pain points and prioritize the workflows that make demo delivery faster, more reliable, and easier for the field.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><strong>Your success story will be:</strong></p> <p><strong>Within the first 30-60 days:</strong> You have operated the demo process hands-on, mapped the workflow, and identified where AI and automation can create the biggest gains.</p> <p><strong>After 60-90 days:</strong> You have shipped the first AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual work in request intake, setup validation, issue categorization, documentation, QA checks, or field support.</p> <p><strong>By 6 months:</strong> Demo operations are more scalable. Repetitive work has been automated, systematized, or shifted into self-service; demo environments are more reliable; and readiness is built into the system.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You have the following qualities:</strong></p> <p><strong>You're AI-native in how you work.</strong> You use AI tools to move faster, structure messy information, build workflows, and improve your own output. Your use of Claude Code, Cursor, N8N, MCP, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, or similar tools are useful signals, but the real requirement is that you learn quickly and keep up as the AI landscape changes.</p> <p><strong>You think in systems and workflows.</strong> Repeated requests, recurring support questions, and manual checklists all look like opportunities to make the system more reliable.</p> <p><strong>You are a strong operator.</strong> You are organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and willing…
