As **AI, Data & Automation IT Manager** (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:

* acting as the primary IT partner for business leadership and translating strategic objectives into actionable technology priorities;
* leading the transformation of the BI and analytics landscape into a modern Data, AI & Automation capability focused on scalability, governance, and business value;
* owning and developing the enterprise data and AI platform landscape, ensuring secure, reliable, and future-ready solutions aligned with architectural standards;
* driving governance, risk, and compliance across data and AI domains, including security, privacy, regulatory requirements, and Responsible AI principles;
* leading multidisciplinary teams and orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of Data, AI, and Automation solutions while fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous capability building.
