Compensation Snapshot
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Time Commitment: Full-Time
Monthly Base Compensation
USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on your experience, automation capability, AI proficiency, systems thinking, and overall alignment with the role.
Performance Incentives
Monthly KPI-based incentives tied to automation quality, business impact, operational improvements, innovation, AI implementation, and measurable productivity gains.

About the Role
As our AI Business Automation Specialist, you'll design, build, test, document, deploy, and continually improve AI-first business automations across multiple platforms and departments.
You'll work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, HR, Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, and Technical teams to eliminate repetitive work and create scalable operational systems.
This role requires equal strengths in technical thinking, business analysis, communication, documentation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
