We are looking for a high-potential profile from a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB: McKinsey, BCG, Bain) with 3-7 years of experience, to join a private equity platform undergoing a strong digital transformation.

This strategic role is focused on designing and driving AI and automation initiatives across both the investment structure and its portfolio companies.

**Define AI & Automation Strategy**

* Develop the overall AI vision and roadmap for the fund and its portfolio companies
* Identify high-impact use cases (productivity gains, revenue growth, cost optimization)

**Drive Execution**

* Lead the implementation of AI and automation solutions across portfolio companies
* Ensure effective rollout from strategy design to execution (PoCs, scaling)
*

**Engage with Senior Leadership**

* Work closely with investment teams and portfolio company leadership (C-level)
* Challenge and support management teams in adopting new technologies
*

**Value Creation**

* Identify and unlock value creation opportunities through AI and automation
* Track performance and impact of implemented initiatives
