As an AI Associate, you'll help shape how teams across the company leverage AI to work smarter, move faster, and solve meaningful business challenges. We're always interested in connecting with talented AI practitioners who want to help shape how work gets done across Alumni Ventures. This is an expression-of-interest opportunity designed to help us build relationships with exceptional AI talent as our AI Pod continues to grow. The AI Associate role is designed for a resourceful, tech-forward individual who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, strategy, and artificial intelligence. AI Associates work closely with leaders and teams across the company, applying advanced AI tools to reimagine workflows, support decision-making, and accelerate execution. The scope of work is dynamic—spanning projects in operations, people, finance, legal, investments, and beyond. You'll play a critical role in designing, piloting, and scaling AI-driven solutions that transform how our teams work and accelerate the way we operate as a company. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the organization while developing deep expertise in the practical application of generative AI in a professional environment.
