Department: FCSD (Ford Customer Service Division) Reporting to: Marketing Programs Supervisor

We are seeking an **Assistant FCSD Marketing** who will wear two hats: Accessories Product Specialist and Marketing Assistant. You will play a crucial role in promoting our accessories portfolio, managing online catalogs, communicating news via the Dealer Portal, and supporting the roll-out of various FCSD marketing programs.

**Key Responsibilities:** · Accessories Specialist: Maintain the Online Accessory Catalogue, review newsletters and videos, and actively promote accessories through campaigns, events, and Point of Sale (PoS) materials. Order accessories via SAP and answer dealer queries. · Marketing Assistant: Translate and communicate relevant news on the Dealer Portal. Coordinate Ford LifeStyle (FLC) newsletters, promote merchandising, and brief national website updates. · Provide helpdesk support for loyalty programs (PROTECT+ or ESPS) and the dealer technical recruitment program. · Assist with digital and print PoS materials, localize E-learnings, and support sales & service trainings and events. · Act as a backup for the Ford App & connectivity, and assist with local programs such as the winterkit program and Recytyre tax.
