Their vision is to partner as trusted advisors, working in joint teams that complement client strengths with the right mix of talent. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">An Advisory Specialist I is an early‑career consultant in the Services team who supports delivery of audit, risk, and compliance solutions for clients. They assist with discovery and requirements capture by reviewing client documentation and helping lead discovery workshops to understand current processes and needs. Guided by senior advisors, they translate requirements into technical design documents, configure and iterate Diligent One prototypes, deliver enablement training, maintain issue logs, and follow the standard project methodology to deliver on time and in scope.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Key Responsibilities </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Utilize your product and domain expertise to deliver customer requests and create a delightful customer experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Be responsible for the timely and quality delivery of the services requested by customers.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Senior Managers and Managers to ensure any new service requests are handled appropriately or routed the request to the correct teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Document and maintain the standard operating procedures for performing the customer-specific request.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Consult with the global implementation teams and customer success teams to provide technical guidance to the customer to leverage more value from the product.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Required Experience/Skills </span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Ability to effectively engage customer personnel in solution discussions to resolve issues regarding compliance, vendor management, information security and/or risk management requirements and goals.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Strong passion for Compliance, Vendor management, Information security and/or Risk management field.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Ability to work as part of a team to deliver in tight timeframes and respond quickly in an ever-changing environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">FedRAMP experience required.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Experience with CMMC and NIST frameworks.</span><span…
