Job Summary
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will represent the unique identity of Writers Studio. You will greet customers, manage front-desk reception activities, and deliver essential operational and lead coordination support to maintain a warm and sincere learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations & Reception: Welcome families, manage parent inquiries, handle phone calls, and maintain the reception area, student activities, and library loan records.
Lead & Enrolment Coordination: Record incoming student leads, update administrative tracking systems, and coordinate diagnostic tests and trial lessons.
Financial Administration: Collaborate with the accounts department to track course enrolments, issue receipts, and send out payment reminders to clients.
Operational Team Support: Work closely with the teaching and management teams to handle peripheral duties, distribute student incentives, and ensure daily centre operations run seamlessly.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Minimum GCE O-Level, Higher NITEC, or Diploma qualifications.
Mindset: Open-minded, customer-service oriented, responsible, quick-thinking, and passionate about an education environment.
Communication: Good in spoken and written English to confidently liaise with parents.
Traits: Accountable, matured in thinking, organised, meticulous, and capable of working amicably in a collaborative team.
Availability: Flexible schedule required to fulfil core centre operation shifts, including weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior hands-on experience in customer service, retail front-desk operations, or the local tuition/enrichment industry is a plus.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time
Shifts & Days
Work Week: 5 days per week, which includes 1 weekend shift (Saturdays and/or Sundays).
Weekday Hours:
12:15 pm – 9:15 pm
Weekend Hours:
830 am - 530 pm
Location:
Bukit Timah (with occasional shifts in Kovan)
Benefits and Bonus are included in the pay package.
Minimum of 1 year contract from the month of commencement
