Acquisition Campaign Manager

About this role

We’re looking for a hands-on acquisition expert to drive customer growth across 2 markets. You’ll own acquisition campaigns across digital channels and have direct impact on growth, conversion performance, and acquisition efficiency.
What you’ll do
Launch and optimize acquisition campaigns across digital channels

Manage acquisition funnels and improve conversion performance

Optimize CAC, campaign efficiency, and funnel performance

Analyze data and identify growth opportunities

Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives

Collaborate with CRM, Product, Data, and Commercial teams

Support go-to-market and growth initiatives across markets

Work with tracking, attribution, and campaign analytics

5+ years in acquisition, performance, or growth marketing

Hands-on experience with paid acquisition campaigns

Experience with Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms

Strong analytical mindset and performance focus

Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization

Understanding of tracking, attribution, and campaign analytics

Ability to work independently and move fast

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

English at minimum B2 level

Nice to have
Experience in Fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital business

Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows
