Account specific roles and responsibilities Process invoice, deposits, Activity Logs, SOX Report and other AR tasks Processing payments such as tracking, making bank deposits and running reports Properly track payments into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets Communicating with clients request regarding additional assigned tasks Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information Extremely organized to keep track of all emails, letters and calls related to client invoices.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1 - 2 years experience in Bookkeeping, General accounting (AP/AR), or similar Knowledge of different accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct is an advantage. Proficiency in using MS Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good verbal and written English skills Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift Benefits What can we offer you?
