Job Summary
Manage comprehensive accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure accurate financial transactions and timely payments. Support payroll and compliance submissions while facilitating smooth communication with customers and suppliers. Assist in administrative and operational tasks to contribute to efficient financial management.
Responsibilities
Process and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions to maintain accurate financial records and support cash flow management
Verify and process supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies before payment
Review and validate staff claims to uphold expense policy adherence and prevent discrepancies
Prepare payments through various modes to ensure timely settlement of financial obligations
Compile and submit monthly payroll and CPF contributions to meet statutory requirements
Respond professionally to customer and supplier inquiries via phone to maintain positive business relationships
Develop monthly payment schedules to optimize cash flow and financial planning
Assist in managing partial account sets and support month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting
Coordinate foreign work pass applications (Work Permit, S Pass, E Pass) to comply with employment regulations
Execute ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors to support overall department objectives
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum Higher NITE/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
Basic computer proficiency to operate accounting software and office applications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and maintain detailed financial records
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Positive attitude and proactive drive to achieve success and contribute to team goals
