This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established accounting policies and processes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You will act as the primary operational lead for the accounting team, escalating issues as needed and partnering closely with the <strong>Senior Accounting Manager</strong> to support month-end close and continuous improvement initiatives.</span></p> <hr> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"></span></p> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></h3> <h4><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Team Supervision & Daily Execution</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Supervise daily activities of the accounting team, including task allocation and deadline tracking.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Review work prepared by team members (journal entries, reconciliations, support schedules).</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure consistent quality and development.</span><br><br></li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Accounting Operations</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Prepare and review journal entries in accordance with established accounting policies.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Review balance sheet account reconciliations and follow up on open items.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely in the ERP.</span><br><br></li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Month-End Close Support</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Coordinate and execute assigned close activities following the close calendar.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and escalates risks or delays early.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support variance analysis and reporting prepared for management…
