Responsibilities:
Accurately enter invoices into the client management system
Add and maintain new vendor records in the client system
Update and manage invoice records within the client tool
Process client HR-related tasks, including documentation and record maintenance
Handle client payroll processing activities with accuracy and confidentiality
Perform general accounting tasks, including reconciliations and financial data management
Make outbound calls to stakeholders when required for follow-ups or clarifications
Send and receive reports via email in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes

Requirements
With bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field
BPO Experience is a PLUS
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Proficiency in using MS Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP, Index Match)
Must be keen to details
Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
Amenable working night shift
