As we continue to grow, the team plays a key role in building scalable processes while staying close to the day-to-day realities of the business.</span></p> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <hr> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The role:</span></h3> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This role supports the day-to-day accounting operations of the Company’s subsidiary and other financial areas, contributing to the monthly close process and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys transactional accounting, maintaining clean books, following processes, and developing a strong understanding of local accounting operations. </span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The position reports directly to the Sr. Accounting Manager.</span></p> <hr> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Prepare and record routine journal entries, accruals, and adjustments, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support the monthly close process for, meeting all reporting deadlines</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Perform monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts and investigate and resolve variances.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Prepare standard financial reports and supporting schedules.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support internal controls by ensuring completeness and accuracy of transactions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist during external audits by preparing requested documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Contribute to system and process improvements, including ERP-related initiatives, as needed.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial,…
