You’ll work closely with the revenue, orders, and customer success teams to review each contract and determine the appropriate billing. You will also collaborate with collections to determine the best way to approach the client and then execute their plan to bring in the maximum amount of timely payments. Additionally, you’ll help create and implement new processes to improve our order-to-cash strategies. The ideal candidate for this position can work as part of a dynamic team and thrive in a fluid and dynamic environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This position reports to our Supervisor of Billing and offers the opportunity to be based in our Bangalore, India office. The candidate must be available to work during US Eastern Time business hours (log in at 8 AM EST).
