We create compelling scientific content, connect expert communities, and deliver outcomes that truly matter.</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>Due to continued growth, we're looking for an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager&nbsp;to join the <strong>ApotheCom</strong> team.</p> <p>This is a dynamic and varied role offering the chance to work across a diverse range of projects within a supportive, established, and collaborative team. You'll grow your expertise and grow your career in an environment that values innovation, quality, and teamwork.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <p>You'll be responsible for leading the delivery of complex scientific communications and Medical Affairs programmes, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be a trusted partner to clients, managing risks, financial performance, and cross-functional teams.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage publications and medical affairs projects from initiation through to completion, including <strong>abstracts, posters, manuscripts, congress deliverables, advisory boards, slide decks, medical education materials, training programmes, scientific platforms</strong></li> <li>Lead multiple concurrent projects and workstreams across client programmes, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource management</li> <li>Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status trackers</li> <li>Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution</li> <li>Own project financial management, including budget development, forecasting, invoicing, revenue recognition, and profitability tracking</li> <li>Managing Statements of Work (SOWs), monitoring scope, identifying change requests and out-of-scope activities</li> <li>Build and maintain client relationships</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience within a <strong>Medical Communications agency</strong> in a project/account or programme management role</li> <li>Experience managing <strong>scientific publications</strong> (including abstracts, posters, and manuscripts) and a broad range of <strong>Medical Affairs deliverables</strong></li> <li>The ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while balancing quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations</li> <li>Project financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting</li> <li>Organisational, planning, and communication skills</li> <li>Experience building client relationships and leading project communications with both internal and external stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Us:</strong></p> <p>At Inizio Medical, we believe our people are our strength.
