What You'll Do

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about life insurance.

• Conduct phone and virtual appointments with prospective clients.

• Identify clients' needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.

• Educate clients on available coverage options.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Follow up with prospective clients and manage your sales pipeline.

• Set and manage your own appointments and daily schedule.

• Maintain accurate client and sales records.

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.

• Work toward personal and team goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Requirements
What We're Looking For

Must be currently licensed to sell life insurance OR willing to obtain a life insurance license.

• Full-time commitment and availability.

• Ago-getter mentalityand strong desire to succeed.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do.

• Coachable, driven, and willing to learn.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, butnot required.
