ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI voice SaaS company as an Account Executive across mid-market and enterprise segments. You will own deals from discovery through signature and help build a repeatable sales motion. Level and segment will be matched to your experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, demos, business cases, security reviews, procurement, legal, negotiation, and signature.

- Build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, working alongside a BDR team.

- Navigate buying committees across Sales, Operations, CX, IT, Security, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and executive leadership.

- Own quota, forecasting, pipeline coverage, and new ARR outcomes.

- Develop sales playbooks and share structured customer insights with product, marketing, and strategy teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Mid-market candidates have at least 1 year of successful closing experience; senior and enterprise candidates have at least 3 years closing complex, high-value deals with senior or C-suite buyers.

- Experience carrying a quota, closing deals end to end, and generating pipeline through outbound prospecting.

- Strong commercial judgment, executive presence, and experience building relationships across complex buying committees.

- Business-level fluency in German and English.

- Experience selling enterprise or mid-market software or SaaS is valuable; background in AI, voice technology, or customer-facing sectors is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

OTE ranges from €130,000 to €180,000 annually for the listed mid-market roles; enterprise compensation is comparable or higher. Visa sponsorship is not available, and local work authorization is required.

LOCATION

On-site five days a week in Berlin, Germany.
