Account Executive

About this role

· Own and drive complex B2B sales engagements from initial outreach and qualification through negotiation and contract signature.

· Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across industrial, automotive, manufacturing, and logistics organizations.

· Develop and execute account strategies that establish long-term partnerships and drive customer success.

· Position and sell innovative robotics and automation solutions within complex enterprise environments.

· Utilize structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, to manage, advance, and close strategic opportunities.

· Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align solutions with customer needs and market opportunities.

· Own pipeline development, sales forecasting, opportunity management, and revenue growth objectives.

· Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, combining business development expertise with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions.

What can we look forward to:

- 4+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales within SaaS, technology, automation, robotics, or other deep-tech environments.

- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with C-suite, VP, and senior business stakeholders.

- Hands-on experience applying structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.

- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and achieving greater than 100% quota attainment.

- Strong ability to develop compelling business cases, articulate customer value propositions, and align solutions to strategic business objectives.

- Experience growing strategic customer accounts beyond the initial engagement through expansion opportunities and long-term partnership development.
