As we expand into India, we are looking for passionate, high-energy university students pursuing degrees in Education to join our founding team in Thane and Mulund. Role Overview As an Academic Tutor, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class tutoring to school-aged students. You won't just teach academic concepts—you will act as a mentor, building student confidence, fostering logical thinking, and helping students achieve global curriculum standards. Key Responsibilities Subject Delivery: Deliver engaging, structured tutoring sessions in Primary and Secondary English and Mathematics. Student Mentorship: Apply innovative pedagogical methods to inspire, motivate, and uplift students. Progress Tracking: Monitor student performance, mark completed work, and provide meaningful feedback to help students improve. Parent Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with parents regarding student academic progress and development. In-Person Session Management: Facilitate small-group or one-on-one sessions at designated tutoring centers/locations in Thane and Mulund. Requirements Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Education (B.Ed, Integrated B.Ed, D.El.Ed, or relevant pedagogical/university education major). Subject Expertise: Exceptional proficiency and strong command of English and Mathematics curricula. Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; capable of simplifying complex concepts clearly. Location & Mobility: Must be based near or able to conveniently travel to Thane and Mulund for in-person tutoring. Soft Skills: Energetic, patient, empathetic, highly organized, and passionate about guiding the next generation of learners.
