About this role

We're looking for a content developers for Fintech Engineering Specialization at Jala University. You'll design module content, labs, a reference implementation, an evaluation harness, and an instructor guide.
Requirements
Experience

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in FinTech / lending / payments

• Mandatory: experience shipping credit products at a LatAm digital lender (e.g., ADDI, Stori, Aflore, Finkargo, Creditas, or similar)
Technical Expertise

• Loan origination: amortization schedules (Price / SAC), interest accrual, and automated credit decisioning

• Credit bureau integrations (e.g., Serasa, Boa Vista, Buró de Crédito, Datacrédito, TransUnion)

• Collections state machines and portfolio monitoring

• Funding structures (FIDC or equivalent)

• Knowledge of LatAm consumer credit regulation

• Reproducibility discipline: pinned dependencies, containers, seeded runs, and documented parameters
Writing & Communication

• Public writing samples that demonstrate technical explanation, such as documentation, workshop material, a book chapter, or an open-source project known for its docs, showing the ability to write to publication standard

• Ability to write clear, production-quality code examples in Go and TypeScript / Node.js

• Professional written English
Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Prior experience creating technical training content or courses

• Experience with renegotiation and restructuring workflows
