[8GT] Senior Fullstack Developer / Tech Lead

About this role

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices and APIs

• Lead technical delivery across engineering workstreams, ensuring code quality and best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform features end-to-end

• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and production reliability

• Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong proficiency in backend development (Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or Go)

• Experience with AWS cloud-native services (Lambda, S3, SQS, CDK, DynamoDB, Step Functions)

• Solid SQL and NoSQL database experience (MongoDB, DynamoDB)

• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems

• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies

• Excellent English communication skills

• Experience in Tech Lead or senior leadership capacity

Nice to Have

• Experience in media, ad tech, or data-heavy platforms

• Familiarity with Snowflake, Kinesis, or data pipeline tooling

• Experience with Kafka or streaming architectures
