The <strong>CD/TOC Network Analyst’s</strong> role is to synthesize law enforcement, intelligence, and open-source data to illuminate, disrupt, and support the dismantling of priority threat networks that endanger U.S. national security and public safety. The CD/TOC Network Analyst will focus on geographic or functional target sets as required (i.e., narcotics trafficking, terrorism, money laundering, cryptocurrency, weapons trafficking, Dark Net/cyber enabled threats, and other transnational organized crime) and will fuse large amounts of all-source intelligence and law enforcement agency (LEA) data into actionable intelligence products that support tactical and operational efforts for LE and IA mission partners.<br><br></p> <p><strong>Work Location:</strong>&nbsp; Arlington, VA&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Clearance:&nbsp;</strong> Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility</p> <p><strong><br>Responsibilities and/or Success Factors:</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <ul data-editing-info="{&quot;applyListStyleFromLevel&quot;:true}"> <li> <div><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">All-Source Network Analysis:</strong>&nbsp;Conduct entity-level, all-source, all-domain network analysis of global drug issues to include TOC, CD, and DTO operations, internal security, methods, organizational facilities, personalities involved in drug production, processing, flows and narco-terrorism. Provide operational CD intelligence support to DoD elements, IA, and federal LEAs. Analyze TOC, CD, and DTOs&nbsp;patterns&nbsp;to derive findings that drive operational efforts.</div> </li> <li> <div><strong>Targeting Support:</strong>&nbsp;Provide entity-level targeting and network analysis for&nbsp;DoD, LE, and the IA&nbsp;partners&nbsp;in multi-national, multi-faceted operations and investigations. Identify network vulnerabilities and undiscovered&nbsp;connections, such as new communications, individuals, business entities, or financial activity, to advance investigations and operations.</div> </li> <li> <div><strong>Data Fusion &amp; Advanced Analytics:&nbsp;</strong>Execute&nbsp;advanced analytic workflows and layering of multiple data sources across domains to include IC&nbsp;communications analysis, reporting,&nbsp;entity enrichment tools&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;databases, as well as LE communications analysis, financial transactions (fiat/crypto), pattern of life analysis, corporate registry and supply chain data, CAI/PAI, and dark web activity. &nbsp;Conduct entity-level analysis to build networks on specific target&nbsp;countries, activities and non-state actors.</div> </li> <li> <div><strong>Interagency and Partner Coordination:&nbsp;</strong>Participate in working groups, coordination and collaboration meetings. As directed, represent the organization in engagements with the IC, inter-agency partners, and operational staffs of the Unified Commands, military services, and other Government agencies. Present&nbsp;analytic findings and operational recommendations. Facilitate information sharing among GCCs, other DoD agencies, LE, IA, and public/private sector partners; support meetings, briefings, coordination sessions, conferences, and forums regarding CN, CT, CTF and C-TOC issues. Assist in&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;CN, CTF, and C-TOC intelligence requirements.</div> </li> <li> <div><strong>Targeting Plans &amp; Analytical Approaches:</strong>&nbsp;Develop all-source network targeting plans and analytic workflows for processing reports&nbsp;and&nbsp;bulk data to identify viable tips and leads. Analyze current holdings&nbsp;to identify gaps and develop collection requirements. Create&nbsp;analytical approaches for incomplete, novel, or complex&nbsp;data, for which no precedent exists.</div> </li> <li> <div><strong>Production &amp; Dissemination:&nbsp;</strong>Develop tailored written, graphical, and verbal intelligence products&nbsp;focused on the tips, leads, and new targets. Distill&nbsp;complex data for non-technical audiences with actionable&nbsp;recommendations for&nbsp;DoD, LEA, and IA partners.
