About the Role
We are seeking a Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own everything a customer reads and experiences after they find us — from website conversion and lifecycle communication to email and positioning/messaging. The mission is clear: more visitors become customers, and more customers come back.
Responsibilities
• Website & CRO: Own structure, messaging, and conversion of product pages; plan/run A/B tests.
• Lifecycle communication: Build onboarding, reorder triggers, win‑back and repeat paths.
• Positioning & messaging: Define product positioning for customer segments; maintain one source of truth across website, ads, sales, and AI sales agent.
• Email: Plan, write, and run lifecycle/marketing emails.
• Customer research: Turn sales calls, conversations, and reviews into copy and tests.
• Reporting: Measure work on conversion rate, repeat revenue, and order value.
Requirements
• 4+ years in B2B or e‑commerce marketing with ownership of website conversion, messaging, or lifecycle.
• Track record of copy/pages built from real customer research.
• Experience building lifecycle/email programs with measurable revenue results.
• Solid A/B testing knowledge.
• Ability to own projects end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
• Fluent written English.
Nice to Have
• Funnels mixing self‑serve and sales‑led buying.
• Hands‑on CRM/email platform experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive).
• Experience writing prompts/knowledge bases for AI sales/support agents.
• Background in custom manufacturing, merch, or print‑on‑demand.
Why Join Us
• Direct access to leadership and mentorship.
• Influence product and strategy with flat hierarchies.
• Rapid growth, autonomy, and career acceleration.
